The brief life of the Sola Sound Tone Bender 1.5 was the missing link between the Fuzz Face and Tone Bender. A popular tone that Paul McCartney took a liking to for the song "Think for Yourself." Armed with two NOS OC75's on a hand-wired point to point board, and a custom stainless steel enclosure, and an external Bias control, the MK1.6 takes the 1.5 sound and expands it while staying true to the original. The Bias really helps dial in tone and the amount of gain you control. Giving a nice added control over this rich sounding pedal.
