1971 Leslie Model 950 Cabinet And Controller

The Leslie Model 960 is a beast unto itself. Instead of spinning speakers, the 960 has four baffles that throw sound all around the room, delivering the chorus like sound that built the Leslie name. From there things get a bit... trippy! Each spinning baffle has its own design, painted in day-glo colors that only get cooler once they start speeding up. Better yet, the cabinet is fitted with black lights that make the baffles seemingly glow in the dark. Yep, it's a sight to behold. You'vd got your standard 2-speed Leslie operation, an on/off for the black-lights, and the "medium" switch which adds some dynamics to the light show. Similar to an auto-wah or envelope filter, the harder you play, the brighter the lights shine. This one obviously got out and saw some action over the years so there is some cosmetic wear throughout. The volume pots are a little scratches when moved but work fine overall. The switches never gave us a single problem. Easy on and off. There is a heavy duty cover that straps on the front for when you've gotta move this 300+ lbs obelisk of tone. Please check out the demo video we just shot of this exact cab in action. There is a power amp built into the cabinet so the video is a Tele plugged straight into input 1.
