Product Description

Fender's American Standard line has been more than living up to its name for yeeeaars now. You them on stages the world over, day in and day out. It's the guitar Leo would have made the first time around had he had a few more years of R&D. Yep, it's the classic Strat form, just with a smoother-than-smooth 2 point trem, 22 frets, 9.5" fingerboard radius and higher ration tuners.

This lovely Stratocaster has a unique deep blue finish and special 40th Anniversary badge on the headstock. It's amazing to think that it is now 23 years old as it looks super clean. Look a little closer and you can see that it did get some action and  that it was just very well cared for. It looks like the previous owner had secured the cable to the jack with duct tape providing extra support. There's a very faint impression from the tape in the paint by the jack. It would not show up in photos but that's about the very worst of the wear.

The frets have very low play hours so they're nice and tall and the set-up is nice and low. The neck has a medium C shape that most Fender players should be right at home on, 1.625" wide at the nut. It weighs 7.8 lbs and comes with a hard case.
