Product Description

Here we have a classic ARP 2600 semi-modular synthesizer. The 2600 has been used for decades by countless individuals and is famous for its elegant design and wonderful analog sound. This specific model was produced in 1975 and is from the first of the 2601 series. The filter in this model is the Moog style ladder filter(many believed was better) that disappeared on the subsequent models.

This synthesizer was recently serviced: VCO 2 was revived and several broken off sliders were replaced, it is now perfectly working and in very good condition. The panel has very little wear and there are just some scuffs and dirt present around the tolex. The latches and handle work well and over all the unit is in great shape for its age. The only notable cosmetic damage is within the lid where the tolex is slightly peeling off.

Included in this sale is the original booklet manual with lots of nice detailed images and ideas. There is also an ARP branded sustain switch, 1/4" CV and gate input box, keyboard connection cables, two power cables, and 11 1/8" patch cables.

This is a great chance to get a classic ARP 2600 in amazing condition, one of the most beloved analog synthesizers of all time!
